North Ridge Families,
We are a little more than one week away from the 2023-2024 school year!! Our staff will come back on Monday August 21st for our workdays to be ready for our World Changers to learn with and from us! Below is some additional information to set up the year with success!
Before and After Care:
Students arriving prior to 8:45 AM must enroll in the Early Arrival Program (6:45 –8:45 AM). You may register for our Early Arrival Program at North Ridge during “Meet Your Teacher Day'' in the cafeteria. There is a one-time registration fee of $15.00 in addition to a monthly fee of $108.17 per child. We offer an on-site YMCA After-School Program (Finley branch) from 3:45-6:00p.m. For further information, contact Kyra Hartsfield 984-239-3520 or visit the school website. .
Chromebooks:
Please have your child bring their district issued Chromebook to the first day of school. If you are new to WCPSS your child will be assigned a Chromebook. This year the students will not be taking the computer home daily or weekly. These devices will be stored in or near the classroom and will be used for educational purposes.
Pre-K Families
Pre-K families will be hearing from our two Pre-K teachers next week with information about the class and start date information.
Meet the Teacher for First - Fifth Grade
This is a meet and greet; there are no presentations at this time. If you are unable to meet at the given times, please contact the teacher via email.
